MEET DR. FATIMA BUSTOS-CHOY

Dr. Fatima has over 30 years of corporate and community-based work experience, including over 15 years of senior management positions with Fortune 500 companies. Her passion has always been to have a positive and transformative impact on the people works with, helping them to connect with their inner voice. With programs and services that focus first on inner work as the foundation for outer work, she integrates mind, body, heart, and spirit into all facets of life, work, and service to others.
Over the years, Dr. Fatima has designed and facilitated leadership development programs for IBM Corporation, Raytheon Corporation, Merck Pharmaceutical Company, Eli Lilly Pharmaceutical Company, Rockwell International, Time Warner, & Nortel Corp, among others. One of her specialties is organizational effectiveness, which is an integrated and holistic approach to improving human and business conditions. From individuals to coaching business executives to professional teams to community and non-profit groups, Dr. Fatima operates with a keen understanding of business, client, and participant needs.
She is also an entrepreneur herself having founded several companies including WholeMind Power Consulting, R&F Holistic Services, and Gaia Flow Consulting. Each of these has been dedicated to her passion to help people find a holistic and meaningful life. Today as a sought-after coach, author, and speaker Dr. Fatima teaches and guides others from her lived experiences with sincerity, authenticity, and caring. In addition to her professional work, she is active in a variety of community and non-profit organizations including serving as a Director for Coalition of Filipino American Chambers of Commerce (COFACC), Member of the Board for Earth Citizens Organization, and a former Member of the Board for Filipino American Chamber of Commerce for Greater Los Angeles (FACCGLA). Dr. Fatima has a Master of Arts in Organization Management and a Doctoral Degree in Humanities with emphasis in Transformative Learning and Change. She lives with her family in Glendale, CA.
